1. Where do you deliver?
Thank you for your interest in our collection! We offer delivery to all states in Malaysia. Worldwide shipping is available.
2. When can I expect my order to arrive?
We are a little bit different, all our products are exclusively made-to-order and pre-order basis. Please note that our dress collection and wedding products typically require 5 - 7 weeks for estimated arrival, depending on your location and the wedding season (extra 3 weeks lead time during holidays and peak wedding seasons).
It is essential to check the Estimated Delivery Date for your location before placing an order. Cancellation and refund are strictly not allowed once payment has been made.
All orders to be crafted by our independent tailors in China. Please allow an estimated tailoring/production time is at least 19 business days (4 weeks), then it is shipped Shipping times vary and can take an additional 1-10 business days depending on the location.
3. What is your recommended ordering timeframe for wedding events?
For peace of mind and plenty of lead time, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 4 months before your scheduled event. This allows ample flexibility in your timeline to account for any unforeseen inventory challenges, shipping delays, or alterations that may be needed upon receiving the special occasion dress to ensure an ideal fit.
PRO Wedding tips: We suggest starting your bridesmaid dress research at least 6 to 8 months before your wedding to allow ample time for choosing, ordering, and fitting the dresses to perfection. This will help reduce stress and ensure that everything is in place for your special day.
4. Do you have ready stock available for immediate purchase?
We do not maintain ready-to-ship of our dresses and wedding products. All our collections are pre-order basis or made-to-order to meet your specific preferences and measurements. While we understand that some occasions may require quick delivery, we advise planning ahead and placing your order in advance to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.
5. Do you have the rush option?
Currently, rush option is not available. Please note that we are unable to allocate orders ahead of others with an extra fee; all orders are to be processed based on your pre-order date. Please make sure you allow time for your dress to be made, shipped, and hemmed.
6. Can I get an estimated delivery date for my pre-order?
Before finalizing your purchase, please review the Estimated Delivery Date provided below. This date is an approximation and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

We strongly suggest allowing yourself plenty of wiggle room, with enough time to ensure ideal fit, and alteration that may be needed upon receiving the dress, etc.
7. Can you explain your pre-order shipping estimates and shipping costs?
We aim to deliver your order within an estimated timeframe. However, please note that this can vary depending on factors like your location and the wedding season. (Notes: During peak times, such as holidays and wedding seasons, we add an extra 3 weeks to our lead time).
The cost of shipping is determined by several factors, including your shipping location and the weight and dimensions of your order. The exact cost will be calculated during the checkout process based on these details.

8. What are "Standard Size" and "Custom/Personalized" refer to in the table above?
Standard Size: These are products like non-personalized Bridal Robes, bow ties, and invisible push-up bras that come in ready-made sizes.

Custom / Personalized: These refer to products that can be customized to your preferences. For example, you can choose a custom size, color, or personalize items like Bridesmaid Dress, ROM Dress, Personalized Bridal Robes, Bridal Veils, Bridal Hangers, Wedding Masks, and Loungewear. These items are made-to-order according to your specifications, ensuring a more personalized fit and look. However, they may take a bit longer to produce and deliver due to their customization.

9. How can I track the shipment of my order?
Once you've successfully placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email that includes the estimated delivery date.
We can’t wait for you to receive your order! When your order has been dispatched from our Malaysia distribution center, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. Typically, this update occurs 1-2 days before the estimated delivery date for West Malaysia, 3-5 days for East Malaysia, and 5-7 days for international orders.
To track your parcel, simply visit the delivery partner's platform, either POSLaju or FedEx International. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 12 hours for the tracking number to update and reflect the current status of your parcel.
10. Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
Regrettably, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please make sure that your provided address is accurate/up-to-date and the intended recipient will be available at the specified address to receive the order, before finalizing your purchase.
11. Can I request to expedite my order after I've already made the purchase?
No, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for expedited orders after the purchase has been made. Currently, we do not offer expedited production or shipping options. We highly recommend reviewing the Estimated Delivery Date for your location before placing order to ensure it aligns with your event timeline. It is important to allow sufficient time for your special occasion gown to be tailored, shipped, and for any necessary alterations to be made upon receiving it. We strive to maintain the quality and consistency for all our customers, and this may require a specific amount of time.

12. Can I arrange self pick-up or 3rd party pick-up service for my order?
Currently, we do not offer self pick-up or accommodate 3rd party pick-up services. In Klang Valley, our standard delivery via Poslaju usually takes 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched from our distribution center, we'll promptly send you tracking details via email.
13. Can you ship to a PO Box or parcel locker address?
For Poslaju (Malaysia) deliveries, we can accommodate delivery to a PO Box address.
However, please be aware that FedEx deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or parcel locker. We require a complete and accurate delivery address for FedEx shipments.
14. Are there additional charges for re-delivery?
In the event that we receive a bounced parcel bearing your name, we will promptly contact you via email. It is important to note that if a parcel is returned for any reason (such as being unclaimed, having an undeliverable address, or not having a suitable recipient available), the customer is responsible for covering any costs associated with the re-delivery of the parcel. Any bounced parcel that remains unclaimed after a grace period of 10 business days will be forfeited.
15. For international deliveries, will I be charged for customs and import duty for my parcel?
As your order is processed from our fulfillment center in Malaysia, the international shipping fee paid during checkout does not cover customs and import duties. You may be subject to additional customs charges.
In most countries, customs or import duties are only applied when the parcel arrives at its destination. These charges vary between countries and are beyond our control, preventing us from including them in the shipping fee. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact amount for these costs.
To avoid unplanned costs, we recommend customers contact the local customs office before placing an order to inquire about potential customs or import duties.

When should I order my dress?
For peace of mind and plenty of lead time, we strongly recommend ordering 4 months before your scheduled event; to account for any unforeseen inventory challenges post-Covid, unexpected shipping delays, or alterations that may be needed.
Please note: Eleventh shall not be held liable for any delivery delays that extend beyond the scheduled event or for potential alterations needed if orders are placed in close proximity to the event date. We encourage customers to carefully review the Estimated Delivery Date policy before finalizing their order.

Start research about bridesmaid dresses at least 6 to 8 months before your wedding to allow enough time to decide on, order, and fit the dresses.
