At Eleventh, all our products are exclusively made-to-order and pre-order basis. Please note that our dress collection and wedding products typically require 5 - 7 weeks for estimated arrival, depending on your location and the wedding season (extra 3 weeks lead time during holidays and peak wedding seasons).
2: Why is the Estimated Delivery Date important?
Planning ahead and considering the Estimated Delivery Date ensures you have sufficient time for your dress to be crafted, shipped, and any potential alterations that may be needed upon receiving it.
3: Can I cancel or request a refund after payment if the Estimated Delivery Date doesn't suit my timeline?
Cancellation and refund options are strictly not available once payment has been made. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the Estimated Delivery Date and planning accordingly to align with your event or occasion. If you have specific timeline requirements, it's advisable to place your order well in advance to ensure your dress arrives on time.
4. Do you have ready stock available for immediate purchase?
We do not maintain a ready stock of our dresses and wedding products. As mentioned, all our collections are pre-order basis or made-to-order to meet your specific preferences and measurements. While we understand that some occasions may require quick delivery, we advise planning ahead and placing your order in advance to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.
5. Do you offer a rush option?
Currently, rush shipping is not available at this time.
6. What is your recommended ordering timeframe for wedding events?
For peace of mind and plenty of lead time, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 4 months before your scheduled event. This allows ample flexibility in your timeline to account for unforeseen events or potential delays. It is important to take into consideration alterations that may be needed upon receiving the dress to ensure an ideal fit.

We strongly suggest allowing yourself plenty of wiggle room (best to order four months before the event), with enough time to ensure fit, and alteration that may be needed upon receiving the dress, etc.

Please note: Eleventh shall not be held liable for any delivery delays that extend beyond the scheduled event or for potential alterations needed if orders are placed in close proximity to the event date.
