Lunar New Year 2023 Shipment Advice
Read about the important shipping dates to get your orders on time.

We hope you are enjoying this holiday season.
For new online orders placed between January 1 – February 28, 2023, please allow 8 - 10 weeks lead time due to the current high volume of orders and production closure during the Lunar New Year holiday.
Generally, our production will be closed for a longer period during this holiday season. Please allow extra 3 weeks lead time (standard 5 - 7 weeks) to be shipped.
Our online store will remain open and still be able to accept your orders 24/7. Based on processing queue, pre-orders placed from December 26, 2022 will be delivered from February 23, 2023 onwards (Please refer Production Schedule 2023 below).
As a handsewn-to-order brand, our tailor team would like to take this opportunity to reunite with families and spend time together. We appreciate your kind patience and incredible support.

When should I order my dress?
For peace of mind and plenty of lead time for alterations, we strongly recommend ordering 4 months before your event date; to account for any unforeseen inventory challenges post-Covid, unexpected shipping delays, or alterations that may be needed.
Please note: Eleventh shall not be liable for any delays beyond the event date or possible alterations required shall customers place order within a close date to the event.
