All orders to be crafted by our independent tailors in China. Please allow an estimated tailoring/production time is at least 19 business days (4 weeks), then it is shipped. Shipping times vary and can take an additional 1-10 business days depending on the location.

Do you have ready stock available for immediate purchase?
We do not maintain ready-to-ship of our dresses and wedding products. All our collections are pre-order basis or made-to-order to meet your specific preferences and measurements. While we understand that some occasions may require quick delivery, we advise planning ahead and placing your order in advance to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.
Currently, rush option is not available. Please note that we are unable to allocate orders ahead of others with an extra fee; all orders are to be processed based on your pre-order date. Please make sure you allow time for your dress to be made, shipped, and hemmed.
What is your recommended ordering timeframe for wedding events?
For peace of mind and plenty of lead time, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 4 months before your scheduled event. This allows for any unforeseen inventory challenges, shipping delays, or alterations that may be needed.
PRO Wedding tips: We suggest starting your bridesmaid dress research at least 6 to 8 months before your wedding to allow ample time for choosing, ordering, and fitting the dresses to perfection. This will help reduce stress and ensure that everything is in place for your special day.
For pre-orders, please allow the estimated production time to be at least 19 business days (4 weeks), then it is shipped. Shipping is an additional 1-10 business days depending on your location. Once you've successfully placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email that includes the estimated delivery date.
We can’t wait for you to receive your order! When your order has been dispatched from our Malaysia distribution center, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. Typically, this update occurs 1-2 days before the estimated delivery date for West Malaysia, 3-5 days for East Malaysia, and 5-7 days for international orders.
To track your parcel, simply visit the delivery partner's platform, either POSLaju or FedEx International. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 12 hours for the tracking number to update and reflect the current status of your parcel.
Yes, we ship internationally! All our international orders ship securely via FedEx International Priority to most countries. Shipping rates for international orders vary by destination and will be calculated during checkout. Please be aware that shipping rates calculated during checkout do not include customs duties and taxes. It is important to note that ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, as we are unable to process international returns at this time. Do you have a physical storefront location?
We are a direct-to-consumer brand, so our collection is available exclusively online only at www.eleventh.com.my and do not have a physical storefront or tailor team available locally at this time.

Do you have gown rental service?
No, we do not offer gown rental services at this time. All our dresses are brand new and made to order specifically for you upon receiving your order. We take pride in creating unique, personalized pieces that are not available for rental.
Can I change the size or color after purchase?
Unfortunately, once you've placed an order, we cannot make changes to the size, style, or color of your items. The production process begins immediately after your order is confirmed. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details before completing your purchase and double-check the order confirmation email to ensure accuracy. This helps ensure that your items are tailored to your specifications and preferences.
Can I request to expedite my order after purchase?
Currently, we do not offer expedited production or expedited shipping options. We encourage you to review the Estimated Delivery Date for your location before placing your order to ensure it aligns with your event timeline. It's important to allow sufficient time for your dress to be tailored, shipped, and any necessary alterations to be made upon receiving it.
Notes: Cancellation and refund are strictly not allowed once payment has been made.
What does made-to-order mean?
When you place an order with us, here begin the process of making your dress in the style, color, length and size ordered. We get to craft it just for you (that's how we can offer so many colors and all sizes available). You can expect to receive your dress in 5-7 weeks (depending on your shipping location).
Do you have any petite or plus-size dresses?
Absolutely! We are delighted to offer options for petite and plus sizes. We recommend exploring our best-selling Made-To-Order Collection, which is specially designed to cater to a wide range of body types. These dresses can be personalized to your individual measurements and any color you love from our swatches (500+ colors).
Do you offer custom design or fabric?
Currently, we are unable to offer custom design -- only the styles, colors and fabrics that are showcased on our website are available at this time. We hope you found something you love from our in-house collection made from luxe chiffon, soft tulle and crepe.

Do I need a bra with my dress?
The bodices of our dresses come fully lined with built-in bra padding for added support. We recommend wearing an invisible push-up bra to shape the breasts and provide all-day support.
Do you provide alteration services?
No, we do not offer alteration services at this time.
How should I wash my dress?
We recommend having your dress professionally dry-cleaned.
